Quality Inspection

Catch defects at the warehouse, not in a customer review

Every inbound batch is checked against an agreed standard. What fails goes back to the supplier — your customers only ever receive what passed.

What the check covers

Appearance

Scratches, stains, color deviation, assembly gaps and overall finish.

Specification

Dimensions, weight, material and function against your approved sample.

Packaging

Correct carton, inner box, labels and protective material for transit.

Quantity

Unit count, assortment and any bundle configuration verified.

Function

Basic functional testing where applicable to the product type.

Reporting

Photo-documented results and a pass/fail call before stock-in.

Sample vs full inspection

Sampling (AQL)

Standard for repeated, stable production. Balances cost and risk at volume.

Full inspection

Recommended for new SKUs, high-value items or first production runs.

QC questions

What inspection standard do you use?

We use AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) sampling as the baseline, with checkpoints defined per product category.

When is inspection done?

On inbound goods, before they enter storage — so defects are returned to the supplier, not shipped to your customer.

Do you inspect every unit?

Full inspection is available for high-value or low-volume SKUs; sampling is standard for scale. We recommend per SKU.
